Best experience EVER!

I was hitting a brick wall with all 3 credit agencies, spent almost 2 years calling and emailing working to fix error after error. The credit agencies were reckless, and unwilling to fix the damage they kept creating. I went on Google to see if I could find a lawyer to help me, and there are no...t many in our area and those that are have the worst attitudes before you even explain your case. I called attorneys in Maryland, New York, Texas, Arkansas, Seattle, and Los Angeles and almost agreed to be represented by a team half way across the country who didn’t care about me or the case they just wanted to settle for a fast dollar and get the next case. Luckily I found Kristi Kelly and made the call, and my god she “ had me at hello” She is funny, sincere, knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. The conversation was about 45 minutes and all the stress I had for the last 2 years felt easier to carry, I sent over my documents and she confirmed what I needed to here “ I have a case “ Kristi and her amazing team stayed in contact with me, helping me organize everything. They filed in court and a few months later we’re able to get a settlement agreement that after reviewing everything was better then we had hoped for! Attorney Kelly is a dedicated, knowledgeable compassionate fighter and champion for the rights of those like me seeking redress from lenders who apply excessive fees and interest rates to their loans. In my case, I incurred a loan from a jeweler-pawn broker on my ring and the jeweler charged a burden...some and excessive rate of interest. Attorney Kelly was able to secure resolution of my case in a professional and expedient manner whereby I regained possession of my ring. While she acknowledged not having done a pawn broker case before, she handled it like a pro. I would highly recommend her for any professional consumer debt legal services you might need.

Kristi is the Best in Credit Repair/Litigation/Class Action

If you ever have the big companies take advantage of your financial misfortunes, the first person you want to call is Kristi C. Kelly. As a result of a divorce, I found myself in a financial quagmire. I ended up borrowing from online payday loans just to get by. My credit went into the doldrums and... the big companies had a field day reporting legitimate as well as inaccurate derogatory data in my credit report. I went online and searched for lawyers who specialized in consumer protection law. They were all enthusiastic about filing for bankruptcy - not holding the big boys accountable. The call I made to Kristi was the best decision I ever made as far as rehabilitating my financial health was concerned. Not only is she a superbly knowledgeable attorney, she has impeccable interpersonal skills. When I first met her in person in her VA office, I felt as through I had met a friend, family member, pastor at a church, etc. This is because you see honesty and integrity when you look at Kristi.
