Best experience EVER!

I was hitting a brick wall with all 3 credit agencies, spent almost 2 years calling and emailing working to fix error after error. The credit agencies were reckless, and unwilling to fix the damage they kept creating. I went on Google to see if I could find a lawyer to help me, and there are no...t many in our area and those that are have the worst attitudes before you even explain your case. I called attorneys in Maryland, New York, Texas, Arkansas, Seattle, and Los Angeles and almost agreed to be represented by a team half way across the country who didn’t care about me or the case they just wanted to settle for a fast dollar and get the next case. Luckily I found Kristi Kelly and made the call, and my god she “ had me at hello” She is funny, sincere, knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. The conversation was about 45 minutes and all the stress I had for the last 2 years felt easier to carry, I sent over my documents and she confirmed what I needed to here “ I have a case “ Kristi and her amazing team stayed in contact with me, helping me organize everything. They filed in court and a few months later we’re able to get a settlement agreement that after reviewing everything was better then we had hoped for! I won’t be able to sue these companies again again per the agreement, but if I had to my only team would be “ Kristy Kelly, Casey Nash, Abby Kersh, Olga Marcias, Pat McNichol, Natalie Cahoon “, and many others behind the scenes I didn’t get to personally work with. They are the Dream Team!

I want to thank Kristi C. Kelly and the rest of counsel for their hard work and determination. They managed to sort out and expose the unfair treatment being done to me. I was charged thousands of dollars in interest on a mortgage that I did not hold, with continued work and dedication to prove that ...I did nothing wrong. I was facing foreclosure due to all the false accusations. During this Stressful time , Kristi Assured me to stay diligent and positive, and the wonderful Team saved my Home! What a blessing she is!
