Five Stars is not enough.

If Dwight Eisenhower, Douglas MacArthur, and Omar Bradley were all five star generals, then Kristi Kelly is a six star attorney. My parents sold their home five years ago, and their lender's clerical error led to a title issue that tanked their credit score. As they tried to resolve the issue the...mselves in the weeks following closing, the lender was bought by another company. The resulting transition issues meant that seemingly no one at the new company had info on my parents' dilemma or was empowered to correct it. We hired an attorney to resolve the issue. The attorney made an honest attempt to, calling several people at the new lender and sending letters. However, she made no progress. Four years went by, and the buyer's title insurance agent eventually sued my parents. At this point, I suggested we switch to Ms. Kelly given her credit reporting expertise. Ms. Kelly had a direct relationship with the lender's counsel. She picked up the phone, made one or two calls, and made the problems disappear. All my parents had to do was sign a settlement agreement and it was done: now their credit is restored, and they can finally obtain a mortgage for their dream retirement home. I strongly recommend Ms. Kelly. She was responsive, communicative, and obviously highly effective.

Absolutely Wonderful Lawyer

Experienced consumer attorney respected by opposing counsel

Kristi Kelly agreed to take my consumer credit reporting case which was dragging on for many months and looked to be headed for trial. Within a week of attaching her name to the case, the parties had agreed to a settlement. She was known to opposing counsel and the judge and respected by them, and ...I think that made all the difference in the negotiations. Highly recommend.

Best lawyer around. Helped with preditory loans I had.

Kristi and company helped me with numerous predatory loans etc that I had. When my wife became disabled and couldn't work, to survive we borrowed from some internet loan companies that were extremely high interest etc. These companies operated illegally in Virginia and Kristi helped me get rid of the...se loans and straighten out my credit etc. Basically Kristi gave me back financial stability and took an unbelievable amount of stress out of my life. She is so easy to talk to and compassionate but goes after these companies and gets results! I'm so blessed to have found Kristi to help me out.
