Joseph Yoon is the man, the myth, the legend. He is a true professional and makes everything easy from minute one. I was referred to Yoon by one of my friends who found great success with him before. I was stopped on Route 95 North in Fairfax County, Virginia and was ticketed for driving 77 mph in a 55-mph zone.
