Traffic summons dismissed

I was facing a summons resulting from a near fatal traffic incident where mine was the only vehicle involved. International With Traffic Violation

I cannot thank the team enough. When I was issued this traffic violation on my visit to the US, I was actually terrified, never have I been to court in my life. Was originally directed to court appointed attorneys, who were charging a lot more and could not guarantee if I would go to prison for speed...ing! but as soo as I called Garrett Green, I knew I was in safe hands. I wasn't able to attend court as I did not live in US and this was just as the world went into lockdown. Garrett was professional, knew how to handle the case, I could rest easy across the pond. Garrett Green Is Who You Want Representing You.

He is professional, reliable and knows the inner workings of the legal system. Garrett has a developed relationship with the courts, officers and does his homework to ensure the best result for you. A 92/55 was reduced to a $250 ticket. Take his advice seriously, take the 4 hour and 8 hour course,... you will also appreciate the outcome Garrett gets you. I cannot recommend him enough.

Professional and Knowledgeable

I was pulled over by a state trooper going 90 on a 55 in Fairfax county. Initially, I did some research on reckless driving cases and outcomes on YouTube where I eventually found the Nichols & Green YouTube channel. Mr. Luke Nichols and Garrett Green have over 30 years of experience in traffic/speedi...ng related cases and have become familiar with numerous judges in Fairfax county. Not only do they understand law, they understand police department tactics and technology (i.e. radar technology). I believe submitting a detailed summary of the incident is critical in helping your attorney defend you. Specifically, you want to provide your attorney with a reason that justifies or lessens the severity of the crime. I came up with my own justification; that of which, helped Mr. Green defend me. The outcome of my case was simple and swift. Mr. Green had the judge drop the reckless driving charge to a speeding ticket. Additionally, there is no misdemeanor on my record. Thank you Mr. Green for representing me.

Reckless Criminal Misdemeanor reduced to Speeding 85/40

I researched a lot of firms to represent me and found the great firm of Nichols and Green. They were very knowledgable about what was needed to produce the best outcome. They were very responsive to my communication and presented all the variable outcomes. Mr. Green recognized me through the corona 1...9 mask at the courthouse and calmly explained how he was going to run his plan. Knowing the players changes ones strategy and Mr. Green knew we were up against the more strict Judge that handles cases in Arlington. When Mr. Green begain speaking I could instantly see his talent, experience, and knowledge on full display. There should be higher levels of title in where he should be adorned Χρυσόστομο. I would not have been surprised if one of the clerks said "You can't handle the truth" under her breath. He managed to reduce a Reckless Criminal Misdemeanor to a Speeding violation with a $250 plus court fees. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
