Better than expected outcome

I was charged with DUI with elevated BAC while in a parked car. First offense. The penalties and potential outcomes looked grim. Mr. Green had my best interest at heart from the beginning. He listened to me. Cared about my concerns and did the very best to keep me informed of what was happeneing and ...how to make sure no stone was left unturned. I appreciated his straightforwardness and honesty throughout the process. He was able to get a mandatory jail sentence of 10 days to a suspended sentence (no jail time). I was able to apply for a restricted license, so my job was minimally affected by the outcome. I'm so pleased and relieved. Mr. Green works hard for his clients.

Driving on Revoked 1st & 2nd offense

Mr. Garrett Green has represented me in 3 of my cases so far last year. For my first case, he had another client in a different court around the same time on the day that I had to appear in court and could not make it. He had his partner step in to assist. I know Mr. Green works hard to ensure each o...ne of his clients get the best outcome and I was afraid I wouldn't get the same from his partner. I wasn't too happy with the plea deal and we had the case extended. When I did show up to court again, Mr. Green was able to make it and I knew I was in great hands! He was able to get a better deal and managed to do the same with my 2nd offense case. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! Sadly, I'll have to be reaching out to him yet again for a couple more cases, but I honestly don't know if any other lawyer would work for their clients best interests like Mr. Green does....I've consulted with other lawyers before him and don't get the same vibe. Wish I had gone to him for my DUI case though!

DWI to Dry Reckless

Hands down the best decision to hire Mr. Green, he got my DWI charge dropped down to a dry reckless! Very experienced lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone who has gotten charged with a DUI/DWI. I was going about 100mph while intoxicated and I was not of legal age to drink. He made it no se...cret that my case would be very hard to handle because I agreed to a field sobriety test, a PBT, and because I was 18. I initially thought that I would at least be charged with a DWI or serve some amount of time in jail. I don't know how he did it but he definitely knows what he's doing and how to work the evidence in your favor. I never even dreamed of getting a dry reckless, I thought the best deal I would be offered would be a wet reckless but he worked his magic and got the best deal I could ever imagine. With a dry reckless, there is no evidence of me drinking and I am able to get a restricted license with no interlock system in my car. Definitely the best outcome I could have ever wanted! Thank you so much Mr. Green!

Reckless driving 100mph speeding

I was pulled over on the Dulles airport acess road. My charge was 100mph on a 55 limit. I live in MD so had no clue this was a jailable offence. i did some research and it seems anything over 90 is guaranteed jail time. I retained Garrett Green from the recommendation of my brother in law who is... an attorney for Tydings Law. Let me tell, i am very lucky I picked him. He is extremely good at what he does, knows the court system like no other. Through his vast experiece in the Fairfax court system, he has developed an understanding of the nuances of ecah judge and prosecutor. After 2 trial continuances and prosecutor pleas offering 4-10 days in jail, Garrett finished my case today and i was happy to plead guilty wih ZERO jail time. Not a typo, NO JAIL. His fee is very reasonable and he is a very reasonable guy. I can't thank Garrett and his partner Luke Nichols enough for keeping me out of the system. For high speed reckless driving or DUI, I must highly recommed this team. they are simply AMAZING! My Dream Team!

Best possible outcome in a very difficult and challenging case

I reached out to Mr. Green as soon as I found out I was being charged with a DUI, in this particular instance it was my 2nd in 5 years, which carries a minimum penalty of 20 days hard time and 3 years loss of license. Both Mr. Green and his partner Mr. Nichols went to work right away. They analyzed m...y case and determined there was very convincing video evidence from the police cruiser that could work in my favor to support my case. I was first offered a drop to 1st DUI and 1 year suspended license, however upon further review, the prosecutor dropped it to reckless with 6 months suspended license. Other than a complete and outright dropping of all charges, this was the absolute best outcome possible. They both worked very hard and diligently, not only in researching possibilities but drawing on deep experience, knowledgeable professional relationships with prosecutors and judges, thinking on their feet real time, putting everything on the line with the minimum amount of risk possible. Absolutely recommend them every time. I could not be more pleased.
