From the onset of meeting Mr. McGill, he was passionate, knowledgeable, and exact with his insight of the Fed Disability retirement process and requirement. I was too impaired to file my own application for FERS DR. Atty McGill evaluated my situation, helped me understand the OPM process, and made sure that all my paperwork was in order. When my package was submitted, he made sure it was done correctly and with all the necessary documentation for OPM ...review. As a result, my FERS DR application was approved at the first level. Being sick and unable to work was a difficult enough situation medically and emotionally--I wouldn't have wanted to "go it alone" through the bureaucratic process.
