THE BEST

Mr. McGill is amazing. He made this process so easy. I know people that filed for disability on their own and it took anywhere from 18 to 24 months after they were rejected for silly things. Mr. McGill knows exactly what he is doing. It took me 10 months from start to finish and I was approved th...e first time. One of the things I loved about him is that he is always available to answer questions. He answers emails right away and phone calls within hours. I am so glad I hired Mr. McGill. He took away the stress of dealing with OPM and got my retirement through quickly with no hassles.

FERS disability retirement

Mr. McGill helped me navigate through the treacherous waters of the federal bureaucracy and secured FERS disability retirement approval. Before hiring him, I was told by my Human Resource Office, that I wouldn't be approved based on my exceptional performance reviews. Yet, I was constantly exhausting... annual leave, sick leave, and running out of FMLA entitlement. After a brief consultation with him, he put me at ease, and for the first time in a long time, made me feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel. That is when I chose to hire Mr. McGill in 2018. Anytime I had a question or concern he always responded promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for an attorney to assist them with their FERS disability retirement claim.

Outstanding work

I have hired Mr. McGill, and very glad that I did. He led me through the process step by step in a very concise, no nonsense and yet reassuring manner. He knows the disability retirement process inside out, and I felt in good hands throughout this anxiety provoking time. He guided me on how to work w...ith my doctors and my supervisor, and was quick to respond to all of my questions and requests, so everything went really smoothly, and took only three months to be approved from the time of submission of the documents.

Secured My Family’s Future!

Mr. McGill secured my family’s future with approval of my disability retirement case. His knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, writing skills, and determination are beyond outstanding. After a 25+ year career in Federal service, I sustained a disability and couldn’t continue my career. Ov...er 3 years, Mr. McGill diligently gathered information and prepared an impeccable case. Sadly, we were disapproved twice. He continued with his unstoppable work ethic until my case was finally approved (at the MSPB). My family and I are forever thankful for Mr. McGill. If not for him, I shudder to think about where my family and I would be. Mr. McGill is, without a doubt, the best and only attorney you want working your case.
