Stellar and trustworthy!

Robert was always prompt in returning phone calls as well as emails and was exceptionally professioal! I would recommend hiring him to take your case from the very beginning. Don't wait until you attempt to write it yourself, don't do it correctly and get a denial! I could've saved months of time... and frustration if I would've hired Robert from the get-go. He was always very responsive and got back in touch with me quickly if I needed to consult with him. I can recommend him without reservation!

The best Federal and Postal disability retirement lawyer!

I am very pleased and glad I hired Mr. McGill to represent me in dealing with my former employer, the USPS. I always got the run around from the USPS while I worked there and I knew that being disabled from working there, I would continual getting the run around. Mr. McGill knew all about those probl...ems dealing with them and he had all the answers and help I needed to get my proper disability retirement. Thank you Mr. McGill! I highly recommend Mr. McGill for your Federal and Postal Disability retirement lawyer.

Yes he is that good as evidenced by 99 percent approval rating

When I first thought of filing for disability, I called Mr. McGill. I was impressed from the start. I read his blogs and reviews and hired him with confidence. Mr. McGill answered the phone when I called or promptly returned all my calls normally within hours but never longer than a day. He fully ans...wered all my questions. His knowledge of OPM disability law is top tier. This may get removed, but from my viewpoint, he is the best in the nation "as evidenced by his reviews and 99 percent approval stats" (this is not an unsupported claim). This guy knows his stuff. Take your case seriously as he devotes himself totally to your case. Read all his blogs and info - and avoid landmines - think about it! Hire him right up front because if you think you can do this alone - remember "OPM goes by the law only" which is where Mr. McGill shines. He is also a very nice person. Have confidence in him and help him help you. I also visited my doctors frequently and communicated what I was trying to do - they must support you. Mr. McGill helped me with my narrative and correctly processed all paperwork which is "paramount". He was knowledgeable about submission dates, asking for more time, engaging with my supervisor and HRO folks when needed and most importantly, he engaged my doctors fully and helped them help me. Mr. McGill injects a level of understanding of the law and technical writing skills that are needed to win a case. Yes, he is that good. Remember read his blogs and be your narrative. He will drastically increase your chances of winning because he knows exactly what he is doing. Thank you.

Disability approved in a little over 3 months after filing 1st time

I knew that I did not have what it takes to file for disability retirement on my own. I searched the web and came across Mr. McGill. He had a lot of good reviews so I called and spoke with him. He was confident and very knowledgeable, which put me at ease. He explained the claim/denial process and ga...ve me advice when asked him for it. He was prompt to return my calls and emails. I'm so glad I hired him!
