Robert R. McGill

Robert McGill is hands-down the best in his field! He is a "known quantity" in the DC courts and an expert in disability retirement law. I did the research before hiring Robert, and I found that his competence, track record, attorney-client relationship was top-shelf. Further, I called 3 of his re...ferences, and they all confirmed my findings. Robert led (and walked beside) me through the entire process which ultimately resulted in a win on the first try. Robert was always available by personal cell or email, and always responded either by COB or the next day. Being an over-thinker, I bombarded him with a million questions, and he always stayed patient with me, answered completely, and calmed my anxious mind. From first contact to OPM approval took 5 months. Finally, Robert articulated his service fee up-front. Some say he's a bit on the high side (I think he's reasonable). Why waste time and stress on multiple attorneys or trying to do it yourself. The stakes are too high, and your return on investment is short (especially in light of collecting a monthly check for life). Mr. McGill's letters were to the point and matter of fact. If you read his letters, they are solid. I had a little "hick up" with my case , OPM had dropped the ball.
