I contacted Mr. McGill after an injury that affected me being able to perform my job functions. Mr. McGill, walked me through the process and helped me file my paperwork; the process from beginning to approval was 590 days. I was missing alot of work because of an injury when I was targeted for termination for political reasons (or so I believe).
