Exceptional Client Service

I found the Sinclair Prosser services excellent; from the seminar to the final signatures and well drafted documents. I was happy not to be treated like a doddering old geezer (whether it was true or not ) but as an 85 year old who could still think and function. They simplified everything. Sincla...ir Prosser straightened out the kinks in my estate planning with wisdom, efficiency and thoughtfulness. Thank you.

Excellent Client Service

Firm was very thorough and patient as I went through this process. Colleen saved me a lot of money with regard to tax issues by contacting my accountant. She took the initiative.

Assistance Provided by Sinclair Prosser

My wife and I decided it was time to update our end of life documents. We attended a Sinclair Prosser seminar on trusts, which was excellent, and decided it was what we wanted to do. Not only did we want to protect our assets, but we wanted a process to clearly layout for our kids where all of our as...sets were located and what they needed to do in the event our deaths. Sinclair Prosser made the establishment of our trust and related end of life documents a clear and easy-to-follow process in which we participated throughout. Our documents were quickly processed and each were thoroughly explained by friendly attorneys so we knew the purpose of every document so we could ensure that our wishes and intentions were properly reflected. My wife suddenly died nearly 7 years later. When I notified Sinclair Prosser of my tragedy, Sinclair Prosser set up an appointment to talk with me about the steps that needed to be taken to set up the estate and how to re title assets where necessary. They offered their services to help in this process, which was extremely helpful during this trying time. I had several questions and made many calls to get them answered. They always made me feel, even though I knew that this wasn’t the case, that I was the only client they had. As they were working on settling the estate, they worked with me to restate the Trust and to remove my wife from the Trust. Throughout this emotionally difficult process, I always felt that the attorneys and their staff understood exactly what I was going through. As a result, they made the settlement of the estate and the restatement of the Trust as easy as possible.

The team of SinclairProsser Law, LLC was very knowledgeable and obviously up to date concerning rules and regulations. It was such a great relief knowing they were available in my “hour of need.” Thank you.
