Surviving A Spouse’s Death

Many years ago we set up a Trust with Mrs. Sinclair. When my husband passed in 2018, SinclairProsser was there to walk me through all the financial & legal procedures to settle the estate. They made sure I understood what I needed to do and what they would handle. Whenever I had a question someone wa...s available to give me an answer. They made a difficult time much easier & they kept me informed as to their progress.

Exceptional Client Service

Initially I attended a seminar on Estate Planning offered by Sinclair Prosser just to gain knowledge. Little did I know that I would one day use that knowledge and know exactly who to call. Based on a family situation in 2010, I met w/ Nicole Livingston to create an estate plan. She very patiently gu...ided me through the process. I have needed to make changes twice in the following 7 yrs. and again Nicole has patiently guided me. I feel very confident that my trustee will have excellent guidance when it is time to execute my wishes. I confidently recommend this firm to adults first to gain knowledge and then to know where to turn when need becomes evident.

Professional Service

Having received a referral from a friend, I attended one of the SinclairProsser workshops to learn more about the services they offer. Satisfied that their approach was comprehensive, I made an appointment with Nicole Livingston. Nicole was empathetic and professional in her approach -- quite easy to... talk to. After the legal documents were drawn up, I then met with paralegals who walked me through the details of their execution -- again, personal and professional in their approach.

Outstanding Legal Support for Estate Settlement

We had an estate settlement with the complication of a second marriage, two families, an administrative trust, real estate, and other financial issues. The process a bit overwhelming when you are not familiar with the intricacies of wills, trusts, probate, and estate settlement in general.
