Best Attorney
Tim was there for me when no other attorney saw promise in my case. He was patient with me as well as understanding in my circumstances. He helped me to understand all of my options and eventually got my case dismissed. I cant recommend him enough.

It was a slip and fall case. Tim was very precise and guided us very well through the entire process. He gave us excellent advice without being pushy about his opinion. Awesome
I was the target of a frivilous lawsuit and Tim was outstanding in educating me on my options, strategies and choices to make. While the situation was painful, time consuming and annoying, Tim represented me well including entertaining me with a verbal slap down of the opposition attorney at a deposition. His relaxed demeanor with court officials and competence was a relief in an otherwise tense situation. I would highly recommend him for litigations of that nature.

An Excellent Lawyer!
