Zach helped me with a child custody case. He was very prompt in getting back to me with the answers to my questions that I had. He is smart, wise, and knowledgeable. He did the research needed, knows the law and is very capable in and out of the courtroom. You don't find an attorney like this very often.
As a child psychologist and an expert witness in family court for custody cases, I am familiar with many lawyers in town. I had the opportunity to interview over a dozen lawyers to find someone who could assist me with my own business needs, and someone who possessed an excellent grasp of my role as an expert witness in family court. My job often involves helping children in the middle of a custody battle who need an advocate for their mental health needs. This means that I receive multiple subpoenas to appear at depositions. I needed to find a strong, tough and honest attorney who would not only protect myself but the children I work with. I chose Zach as my attorney and I know I made the right decision. He has not only helped me tremendously with the depositions I attend, but has helped the countless children that I feel the need to protect. Zach understands and empathizes with me and my child patients, even though he has never met the children he defends. If you are looking for an honest and caring lawyer (which is a rare thing), look no further; Zach Parry is the lawyer you not only need, but want.
Zach earned his law degree from the University of Illinois, graduating magna cum laude, and has since taught several university-level law courses, published over 50 legal articles and a textbook. For over a decade, Zach was a civil litigator and trial attorney who was able to win several multi-million dollar judgments, expose the vulnerabilities of business entities, engage in veil piercing to destroy the corporate shield that litigants thought protected them, and find creative and diverse means to effectuate collection. As a first-chair trial attorney, he has never lost. He is undefeated on appeal. He also gained experience in administrative disputes, including with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which gave him a unique insight into the inner workings of the financial planning industry. For several years, Zach was the editor-in-chief of the Advocate, a bi-monthly publication of the Nevada Justice Association, an organization dedicated to advocating on behalf of consumers. He also was a member of the editorial committee for the Nevada State Bar's publication, “Contract Templates for Nevada Attorneys.” He has one other book, Dumb Criminals & Overeager Cops: A Paralegal’s Guide to Criminal Law and Procedure, which explores how our criminal justice system came into being as a result of perpetrators and law enforcement officials overstepping their bounds. This is a required textbook for more than one institution’s paralegal course. Zach has started several successful businesses, including a trial law firm, an RV rental business, a legal curriculum company, and a financial services law firm. Along the way, Zach learned some unexpected lessons about how money works: how to earn it, grow it smarter, and keep more of it. While thriving as a trial attorney, Zach partnered up with a tax expert and started a second law firm, The Fortune Law Firm, which was dedicated to helping clients with tax planning, investments, and retirement. Zach has since sold his trial practice to dedicate his efforts to the Fortune Law Firm, where he currently helps his clients create a comprehensive tax and asset-protection plan to help them keep more of what they earn.

Knowledgeable, thorough, and caring
My ex-wife had full legal and sole custody of our two children. When she decided to relocate and move
with our kids 800 miles away, and without giving proper notice of relocation to the court, I wasn't
able to see my children for over seven months. With failed attempts to negotiate with my ex wife, I
decided I needed to talk with an attorney and see what my rights were being a father with visitation rights only.
When I consulted with Zachariah, he asked me questions that made me feel he was genuinely
concerned about my situation. He also gave me realistic expectations and didn't over inflate the possible outcomes. Even though it wasn't necessarily what I wanted to hear, he was letting me know before hand all possible outcomes. He wasn't trying to sway my decisions in any way, in fact he said that if I wanted to take a different approach, he was willing to do so, but the cost to benefit ratio might not be the best. Even though he could have said let's go for the "home run" ,where he would be able to have more billable hours, he remained honest, and to me that shows his character.
With his help, I was able to gain joint custody of my children. He wrote up a stipulation that amended my divorce decree so that it was fair to both parties, (I was pro-se on my divorce case and my ex had an attorney). He always kept me up to date on everything that was happening, and promptly responded to all my phone calls and emails.
I would highly recommend Zachariah to any one that wants an attorney that is hands on, listens to his clients, and knows the case backwards and forwards, rather than reviewing the notes of your case as the court hearing is about to start. Zachariah was outstanding in every aspect.

Zachariah Parry is honest and has integrity
Zach is absolutely awesome! He didn't just work hard on my case he went over and beyond. Zach really cared and sympathized as to what happened to me. I was scammed out of $450,000 and awarded over 4 million because of his hard work and determination. He really took a personal interest and still follows my case. Zach even said he wants to visit the crooks in jail, that's how much he cares! I don't think there's an other attorney out there that can compare to him!!!!

One of the most trustworthy Attorneys we have met
If you ever wanted to meet an attorney where you feel he will honestly fight for you and your case, Zach is the one you want to meet. He will stick with you through thick and thin and always has your back using his amazing knowledge of the law. With Zach we never felt like just another client, but saw him time and time again fully engaged in our case finding the best solutions and responses
What I liked the most was that he kept us informed and talked everything over, providing different directions to go and helping to use the right approach for this particular case . Zach always takes time to answer your questions and his patiently efforts to explain law issues and to translate "court- English" to us laymen were so greatly appreciated :)

They are prompt, knowledgable and understanding.
I am going through a divorce right now and found Pickard Parry Kolbe. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. They were very aware of my needs and were very flexible with the times they met with me. They explained the process in detail and made sure I understood what to expect. They got back to me promptly and made this crappy situation a little easier to deal with since they handled almost everything! Thanks guys!
