Matthew Evan Bennett

Matthew Bennett is an awesome lawyer. He represented me for a 2nd degree assault charge. Not only did he go out his way to win my case, but he also established some type of relationship with me, which made me feel more comfortable, as a client, about the situation. He was truly confident (not cocky) ...about my case. I also like how he was well connected with his peers, which also made the situation a little more comfortable.

The title might tell the hole story that how does this lawyer shine like gold in the court. I had a Peace order and a Criminal charge when I went to his office. When I was crying like it was the end of the world Mr. Mattew Bennett told me "Hey, don't worry. I'll do my best to help you out. I don't sa...y that all the charges would be dropped by this point but miracle could happen". I think miracle actually did happened by his god give talent to change the court and the offender's mind in his own favor. I'm truly thankful for you Mr. Bennet. Absolutely Brillant! Matthew did an exellent job on my husband case. My husband is not in the country and he was not able to get his visa because of a pending court he had. I am so glad I seek for his help. He was confident and wanted my husband to be reunited with his family. Thanks to him my husban...d will not have a criminal record. Matthew Bennett is a fantastic lawyer!! I didn’t know what to expect, I just knew we needed a good lawyer who would work aggressively on my daughter’s behalf. I have to say he has exceeded all of my expectations. We had court this week and I think I am still in shock at the outcome. My daughter ha...d a traffic stop with multiple (5) citations. From every meeting from the first to the last, Matthew walked us through our case, what to expect, and what my daughter needed to do before court. Court is very intimidating, even when you haven’t done anything wrong. Had she not followed Matthew’s advice, the outcome likely would have ended badly. It was fascinating watching Matthew work his magic in court. Not only did Matthew defend my daughter, he convinced the state’s witness to testify on her behalf to her cooperation, truthfulness, and openness during her police interview! Great job, Matthew!! Attorney Bennett was wonderful. He was extremely reassuring but also very honest with me about my case. I had 2 charges he got 1one dismissed and the other to a very minimal fine. I would recommend Mr. Bennett to anyone I know. I found Mr. Bennett and all the people at his firm completely professi...onal and well worth the reasonable fees. He worked hard to get the plea agreement to something that would work for me; I could tell that was important to him.
