I was charged with a dui and like mot people, I did a cursory search of an attorney and came across Rebecca. When I met her, I initially got a really good feeling and think of myself as being a good judge of character. I hired her and as the case progressed I regretted my decision. She was never ...prepared for court appearances, she was in fact reading the case notes as the judge was hearing the cases called before mine!! Needless to say, I was furious, but having paid her, I often felt I had no other options! Needless to say the outcome of my case was NOT favorable and I, of course deserve most of the fault as I got the DUI, however, I don't believe that I was represented by someone who (A) Cared about my case- that is- showed any real desire to put in the work to get me the most favorable outcome. (B) She was NEVER prepared. She often fumbled while ruffling through her paper work to find what the judge was asking for. (C) She wasn't communicative during the time she represented me. She would often say, before the next appearance, we should do ABC and then there would be no follow up on her part. I believe once she was paid, she didn't care much about the case, me or the outcome. I very much regret hiring her and would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She doesn't follow up or out in any effort in getting her clients a good outcome. She's a lo of talk and no action.

When the first time I talked to Rebecca over the phone, I felt confident with her, at that time I was not even read through people’s appreciation to her. She is kind of Attorney I was looking for. When I had first consultation with her at her office, she even told me that I do not need to hire her... and just to go to the court by myself and I would win the case against the person who accused me. I appreciate her honesty, caring and professional to handle the needs of her client. I was so depressed being accused by my co-worker who has no right to file anything to the court because I was the person whom have been harassed by her and I had reasonable fear of her, but I did not file anything to the court against her because I did not have intention to hurt people. I decided to hire Rebecca to stop that evil act. The trial was short; the judge was not even need two of my witnesses to testify and dismissed the case. I honestly do not know where to start praising Rebecca Cosca, she is simply amazing. Rebecca is the last lawyer in a search for the best for me, I have had lawyer's that people in Baltimore city and Anne Arundel county calmed were the best. But when I really needed someone to come through they asked me for a lot more money and told me the best they could do, and that I would still... end up with 8 yrs in prison! That's when I had to find someone who could do atleast something better for me, and my girlfriend at the time found Rebecca, I took my problem to her and she is the only one who said she could get the charge dropped to a simple traffic ticket and that I would walk away with no jail time! And that's exactly what happened! I would have gladly paid more for her, so I used her again, and she is just amazing! Believe me I'm no saint but I don't belong in jail, and she is the only one who can keep me out. So if you have something you are facing time on take it to her if you want to stay out! PS.
