Losing strategy baked in.
If you openly want to lose your case- hire Elisabeth. She will ask you what you want her to do(?), provide zero strategy despite your evidence, and misrepresent and/or outright not present your case even if you put a bow on it for her.

Horrible Family Attorney
Do yourself a favor and look for another attorney. She only cares about money and not what's actually right with the case. And she doesn't pay attention to detail but will turn around and back charge you for her mistakes.
