Excellent DUI/DWI Representation

I hired Michael to represent me in a difficult DWI case in which, as a multiple offender, I faced significant jail time. Michael worked closely with me to develop and implement a successful mitigation strategy which ultimately resulted in a suspended sentence and one year of probation for a fifth DWI conviction. Excellent Attorney! Articulate, Knowledgeable, and Effective!

I was referred to Mike after being arrested for a DUI. I cannot say enough how glad I am that Mike was my attorney. Upon meeting Mike, he showed compassion and listened intently, without judgement, as I explained my situation. During the entire process he was straight forward and clearly explained what to expect. Greatest lawyer in Rockville and silver spring

I had 6 tickets and if found guilty of them would of had at least 22 points on my license went to court and got 5 out of 6 thrown out and got me a pbj on the last charge save my job my life and my car insurance

I am grateful!

I had many issues with the States case and tried ardently to sidetrack Mike towards protesting and focusing on what I thought were false allegations. Mike did what he knew would keep me out of jail. My felony record made me vulnerable to bias from the States Attorney. Mike recognized the danger I was in and, today; All Is Well. Thank you, Mike!
