The Best of the Best!
I fought the VA for everything up until I had exhausted my appeals at the Board level. Once I filed my intent to appeal to the USCVA, I received a deluge of ads from attorneys. I narrowed it down to three and contacted each of them for more info. Two just sent more literature, but Mr. Gang called me, himself. I was very impressed with him and warned him up front that it was a very complicated case. Once I'd retained him, they went immediately to work. To the credit of Mr. Gang and his excellent team, the complications (mostly caused by the VA) seemed to only make them dig in. He actually had several chances to dump the case and still stuck with me. I can't express how grateful I am after he successfully ended my 9yr journey through hell in less than two.

Absolutely Top in his field A+++
I personally couldnt have been happier with the end result of my case thanks to Mr Gang. As you can see he is totally qualified in all aspects and all the different levels of litigation that you can expect your case to go thru on your own case. His paralegals and staff were absolutely a delight to work with and very knowledgeable and professional throughout. I personally couldnt trust a VR and as the saying goes “a layperson who represents himself in court has a fool for a client “totally fit my case until I came to my senses and admitted This was way more than I could handle let alone understand. So save yourself all the mistakes i made and have total confidence in Mr Gang to get you the benefits you deserve but will elude you for years without Mr Gangs professional representation.

Hard working crew!
It takes time with VA claims and lots of denials and trial and error to receive what is owed to us. He won’t take a case without knowing he will be sucessful. So, if he takes you’re in good hands. Very good office and no BS.

Breathe Easy
For years I attempted to go at it alone into the hardest, most challenging, difficult, obstacle-course; VA: a maze of real tricks and booby-traps designed to keep your head perpetually spinning, and frustrations, only to be told; "you are not-service-connected or "denied." Until I hired Eric on 2/3/16, I began to see results. Thanks to Eric (and Associates) a real Pro: a serious expert who has dedicated his life, studies, and efforts to serve US -who served! I am at 90%. Our aim now is TDIU. Jose A

With Erick Gang you’re in good hands.
In the year 2010, I contacted Erick Gang. I was so desperate because VA kept denying all my cases. I was surprise because on the very first call I was attended by Mr Gang. He is very professional, Responsible in every step of the way and his staff is awesome. I truly recommend Mr gang, he fought for me in many ways. He won’t give up, that’s why I am so thankful after getting service connected on my cases. Thanks Mr Gang

He's a God send
I tried for years to get my discharge changed and get some disability for years, but failed. Mr. Gang sent me a packet advertising his business. I decided to use him. He took my case and fought for me. He made sure that I got justice. I never have been so happier that I made the decision to use him. He is good.

TDIU Victory
November 2018 My name is Juan A. Marin. I am a Desert Shield/Desert Strom Veteran. My unit was deployed in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait for 7 months. After coming back home, I was diagnosed with Irritable bowel syndrome, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, Memory Loss and other symptoms and I was unable to obtain permanent employment, only temp jobs when I hired Mr. Eric Gang to represent me. I was at 50% percent service connection. The VA kept turning me down for ratings increases. Mr. Gang is an expert on VA law. He has dedicated his life and career to obtaining the Benefits that Veterans earned and deserve. With Mr. Gang’s help and expertise, I was awarded 70 percent and in December 2015 I was granted 100 percent compensation and just recently I got granted TDIU by the BVA. Mr. Gang will stick with you from the beginning to end. He is certified to practice Law at the BVA and Courts of Veterans Appeals. I cannot emphasize enough how with Mr. Gang’s help and expertise, I finally got granted what I deserve. For any Veterans who is looking for an outstanding VA lawyer I cannot recommend Gang and Associates enough. Also, Mr. Gang’s paralegal and staff are courteous professionals and outstanding. I owe what I was able to achieve only because of Mr. Gang. His credentials are outstanding and he only gets paid when you do. Mr. Gang, I want to thank you so much for all of your help and understanding and for sticking with me. You are a God send. Thank you and staff, Juan A. Marin (Do not fight VA without a Lawyer)

OIF VET 08-09
hello, my name is Steven i'm happy to be finally writing a review for Eric Gang. Eric Gang is very helpful. I've been fighting the VA for almost 5 years. I got out the Army on an OTH, and I wasn't able to recieve VA benefits. I got out the Army in 2011 I filed a claim and it took 2 years and it was denied. After that I saw a lot of things about Eric, if you want to win your case I wont play around. In the military you go through a lot of stuff, and you dedicate your life, and sometimes you have the wrong leadership. Anyways. the VA just upgraded my discharge to honorable for VA purposes. The victory is not over cause I haven't been compensated. furthermore, Eric is the man you want on your team. He's very supportive. Steven. Thank you

Thanks to him I'm financially stable and getting the treatment that I need thru the Veterans Administration.

Orders of magnitude above the rest. A Champion you need in your corner for the long fight!
My fight with the VA started long ago. I didn't know much and even worse couldn't get knowledgeable help in fact most of the help I got was ill informed or mundane at best. All they wanted was an easy case with little work required. This ate up 16 years of my life and during much of that time I had no or little income. You see my condition caused during my military service took my health, my career ,and most of my energy. Over and over I was told by not only Lawyers but people that was being paid to advocate for me, that there was NO WAY I would ever win with the laws as the were. This may have been true for lazy misinformed advocates. That changed when I spoke to Mr. Gang! He gave me hope and ultimately gave me a life filled with hope and a bright future. Because he won my case. Because he was passionate and compassionate, worked diligently my case was soon won. I recently purchased a 61acre farm that will fill my life with great joy and satisfaction all because he cared and put enormous effort into his passion for helping the VETS. I am in no way saying this from pressure or benefit only out of gratitude to Eric and the knowledge if you choose Mr. Gang ,because of my words, you will be getting the best quality help possible.

Definition of Excellence: Eric Gang
I want to start this review by stating Eric Gang is by far one of the most compassionate attorneys I have ever met. Eric knows Veterans Law and is well versed in the intricacies of the law. Eric will fight for you! Not just Monday-Friday 40 hours a week but 24/7 365! If any man can get the Board of Veterans Affairs to fairly look at your case then that man is Eric Gang! I have referred over 20 fellow Veterans to him. I have known Eric since 2007. He has never failed me or let me down. His optimism is infectious and he leaves you feeling like you have real support in your corner. Eric is a fighter not just an orator or document pusher. He WILL put his best efforts in to your case at ALL TIMES. Anything less then you didn't hire Eric Gang. To anyone seeking a competent attorney for a VA case. The choice is clear, hire Eric Gang he is "The Veterans Advocate". God Bless you and God Bless The United States of America. Alexander T. SSG, USA, DAV Client

VA Benefits
I met Eric at a time when I was really having a hard time with my claim for disability from the VA. It had been 16 years since I filed the claim but no matter how much information I provided, I was turned down. I was at the point when I was ready to give up. Then I met Eric and we spoke about the claim. He was very upbeat and felt that my claim should be looked upon with approval by the VA. After Eric took control of the request, the VA agreed. This only took a little over a year. I will always be grateful to Eric Gang. Philip

Providing an excellent choice in trust and confidence.
I had the honor of having Mr. Gang and his staff representing me for the VA, he and his staff have the knowledge and experience to help you as his client having the benefits which you have earned but denied in the government. I recommend his expertise to any client, for he will help you gain what you deserve.

did NOT even review my case even though his form letter said he did!
All the reviews posted here are two years old, time for a CRITICAL UPDATE: -Eric said he is currently too busy to take my case (Feb 14, 2024), so don't waste your time with an inquiry. -Eric did NOT even review my case even though his form letter I received said he did! The form letter was sent literally minutes after my 5 minute intake call with Intake Specialist Charlotte, and Eric then said in his form letter that he reviewed my "file," but there is no such "file" for him to have reviewed, only Court docket entries. In any case THEY ARE TOO BUSY WITH OTHER CASES TO HELP YOU AND WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS OVER THE PHONE>
