Practice primarily limited to representation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Offices nationwide and the Board of Veterans Appeals, Washington, D.C. We also represent a small, select group of private clients on unique legal matters, including qui tam whistleblower cases involving SDVOSB fraud, defense contractor fraud, and mesothelioma and asbestos cases.

Hard working crew!
It takes time with VA claims and lots of denials and trial and error to receive what is owed to us. He won’t take a case without knowing he will be sucessful. So, if he takes you’re in good hands. Very good office and no BS.
