When I first reached out to AJ over getting railroaded from my job I didn't even know what ADA and FMLA discrimination was. What I have learned in this process is that justice is not about being right or wrong, it is about being the best prepared to make your case. With that you have to be prepared to realize that most defendants will spend a fortune to fight you even if it would cost less to settle. While a judge and jury may rule in your favor any potential damages may be far less than expected. (That's just the way federal courts work) You have to decide if you want a moral victory or a economic one. AJ will get you there. He was not only my lawyer but became my friend. He is there for you every step of the way, and yes we settled my case very successfully and I am under a NDA so I will have to post this anonymously.

I hired AJ. Started out great. But soon he became overwhelmed. Missed deadline & many errors in his filing. Even after my multiple edits he still sent the wrong copy with wrong facts to the court because of carelessness. Sent me the discovery request & told me "answer them". I basically did my own... discovery. Told me one day my case was great but after he missed the deadline told me my case worth pennies. He had no assistant & working solo. I, the client, became the paralegal working on my own case.
