I am very grateful that for the last thirty years, I have had the privilege of representing thousands of clients, each of whom faithfully entrusted me with their very serious legal matter. There is nothing more important to me when I'm finished representing a client in their case than to know that I did my absolute best for that particular client. The legal representation of a client in a serious criminal or civil case is often very grueling and it is certainly not for the faint of heart. The trial of a case can be analogized to a form of combat which takes place in the courtroom. As a history buff, I have always admired the great generals in war, but my favorite is Robert E. Lee from the American Civil War. He realized that to win in real combat you must have a carefully thought- out plan, always be on the offensive, keep the momentum and strike your opponent fast and hard. I always try to employ those very same tactics in the courtroom to win for my clients. I also know how to be a hard negotiator when necessary. My career has a lawyer so far has been very fulfilling and I love the challenge of continuing to learn and honing my trial skills. I look forward to hopefully many more gratifying years to come of helping my valued clients. Sincerely, John I. McMahon, Jr., Esquire
