Mr Walker saved my life . I am so thankful to him for taking my case . His attention to detail concerning the fact less case I was fighting facing 20yrs for a crime that never happened. Mr Walker knows the system and has many different fighting styles to rumble for his client. He’s brutally hone...st and will tell you the possibilities/truth of your situation. Last but not least. (Just know he’s on your case and all that’s involved. Even if you don’t hear from him as much as you would like to. I can truly say as a mother it's never a good thing nor easy when a parent has to obtain an attorney because their child may have gotten into some trouble. I was prepared to represent myself thinking that a lawyer would not be able to secure me a better deal for the price that I would have to pay. That would have been very short-sighted. Once I consulted with Michael he quickly proved that he would be valuable in representing me in my case. He explained... the various options that I had and took a lot of the stress and worry off of me. If you are a POC in Montgomery County or any county for that matter, it is important that you have representation that can navigate the legal system and understands your position relative to that system. Michael checks those boxes and more. Michael also understands that ultimately his job is to provide advice, but not pressure his client into a decision. He will give you time to consider your options and will pursue the path you would like to pursue (just be aware that could be to your own detriment if you don't follow his advice). In the end, Michael got me a better deal than I could have imagined for a pretty significant offense. I do not believe this would have been as likely with different representation. Cons: he could use an admin that reminded his clients of upcoming court dates well in advance. If you don't have a reliable address, make sure you have the edocket app so you can stay on top of your upcoming court dates.
