John I. McMahon Jr.

Mr. McMahon is a compassionate and highly competent lawyer. He was very responsive to email and phone calls. He explained everything very clearly and worked very hard to ensure the best outcome for our case. We could not have asked for better representation. Our case was difficult and complicated and... he handled it well. He was thorough in his investigation and exploring the facts of our case. John McMahon is a bum. He's one of the worst lawyers in Montgomery County. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS BUM YOUR MONEY. He will take full advantage of you and in his words "feed you to the wolves" and that's exactly what he did to me. My case was an open and shut one but the bum was so busy not... paying my case any mind that he didn't even realize that 1, my case should of been combined with another 1. 2. there was evidence missing, which violates my guaranteed right to a fair trial. We hired Mr. Mcmahon to represent our son on a case that at first seemed impossible to beat. Mr. McMahon seemed to be a very caring and understanding man. He took time to call me when he was away to let me know he got my voice mail and even called in the evening hours. Although I did not need to hire him I would highly recommend him just on my initial consultation with his firm and the phon...e calls I had with Mr. McMahon himself. I have some family law issue that I will most definitely be using his law firm for in the near future.
