Mr. McMahon was the best lawyer I have ever had. I have spent 17 yrs in federal prison due to terrible lawyers who charged Insane Prices!! Short and sweet McMahon got all 7 charges dismissed at preliminary hearing, then sit down gave me money back bc it was dismissed early on!! All charges dismissed ...when every other lawyer would have taken it all the way for the money not only that got all charges dismissed on a 3 time felon out on federal parole. John is hands down the best lawyer in Montgomery County and I speak from personal testimony. You can tell John is a very well respected man in and outside of the courtroom (especially if you've been in the court room with him). I had previously hired a lawyer (not a public defender) and that man had ...almost got me the super short end of the stick. After hiring John within a day I already knew I was in great hands. He handled my case with true precision and diligence. My family and I were very worried about the outcome but this man did all in his ability and power to get me the best possible results and HE DID. My case was a sensitive matter, because I am actually from California but had got in trouble in Montgomery County. He was very helpful and informative and even after my case (which has been resolved...and thats why I am here today) he continues to help me with related matters even though he's not obligated to in any way. John McMahon is an excellent lawyer and is well known in Montgomery County! He has represented me in two accident cases, in which I was a victim.
