I read reviews quite frequently to make sure I’m receiving top quality in a product or service. As you could imagine, looking up reviews for a lawyer (especially for a felony) can be scary and overwhelming. Finding someone who will make sure you receive exceptional representation is no easy task. Mic...hael DiCinido is everything a person expects and needs a lawyer to be. Attentive, passionate, charismatic and above all else, caring. I retained Michael in May 2017 for my case. As a defendant in the legal system, everything feels like it’s moving in slow motion. Court dates take forever, dates to move the case forward can easily be pushed back and the gathering of information through formal practices seem almost impossible. Michael takes away as much of that anxiety as possible. He is concise in his updates, approaches every issue head on with clarity and his ability to get his client answers while navigating the, sometimes confusing, legal system is unparalleled. He is very stern and is straight to the point and that attitude is needed when dealing serious legal issues. His work ethic shows every day. He means every word he says and always follows through with immediate action. Overall, Michael is one of the most dedicated, hardworking responsible people I have ever have ever met. His confidence and skill made me feel comfortable in the most trying time of my life. This review does him no justice for all that he has done for me.

Mr DiCindio has really worked so hard for me since November and I’m not always the easiest to deal with. He has treated me as a friend and is ALWAYS available if you are in need of advice or anything that may pop into your mind. Even though he worked very hard and acquired the best deal for my case... he still offers advice and concern that I follow through with everything. If you need a hard working attorney with a great caring attitude and fantastic work ethic (which I believe everyone does) Attorney DiCindio is the one. I was arrested for DUI in Chester County. I hired Mr. DiCindio to represent me after our initial meeting. Mr. DiCindio was extremely helpful throughout the process. He told me in the first meeting what the process would be, what I would likely need to prepare for and what my options would be. Mr.... DiCindio was very knowledgeable, ethical and honest about everything. He provided me with extremely useful advice as to what to do before any hearings. This advice saved me much additional hardship after I was placed in ARD. In fact, I had no requirements to complete except for probation after my ARD hearing. It seemed like I was the only one in my group in that situation. Mr. DiCindio cared about what I was going through. He was available to call 24/7 and always responded to my calls quickly. He was present with me at all steps of the process which, I noted, was unlike the vast majority of the other attorneys. Finally, his good relationships with those in the judicial system were very beneficial in having things move quickly and efficiently for me. I would very highly recommend Mr. DiCindio.

Mr. DiCindio did everything possible for me to succeed in my case. He was very supportive and allowed me to feel that every decision I made was my decision and not his while still giving me enough of his opinion.
