Whether you are going through a complicated and painful Divorce, or are in an amicable circumstance where you and your spouse simply want to “walk away,” it is imperative that you learn about the rights and obligations that you have as you go through this life-changing event. I make it my personal responsibility to explain the Divorce, Child Custody, and Support laws in a simple, straight-forward fashion.
No two clients are facing the same set of facts and circumstances. Every case is unique, and Divorce legal services cannot be properly provided in a “one size fits all” package. If you are considering filing for Divorce, then you should take time to carefully select a Divorce Lawyer who will be committed to your case and who will provide your matter with adequate time and attention.
