Mr. DiCindio earned an undergraduate degree with honors in business management from Moravian College. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. After graduation, Mr. DiCindio was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania courts.
