Preparation for motions was horrible
Dan seems like a nice guy. He thought little of the opposing counsel and thought we were in good shape, Then he failed to review my case in a summary judgement proceeding and we lost. When I asked him why he failed to prepare, he dropped me. Very expensive lesson and I was left without justice.

Not as advertised
Dan dropped me as a client after he told me I had a slam dunk case for several months. He called me the day after I wrote my negative review and told me that if I change it to a 5 star review, he would meet with me for a free consult for another case.
