A wizard for small business

As a small business and start up, our legal needs are complex and variable--sometimes we don't even know what we need. Lucky for us, Pearlette's extensive background has given us enormous flexibility to meet our challenges head on. Whether it is negotiating with a landlord or with a licensee over a b...randing agreement, Pearlette has become our go-to resource for our endless questions. Pearlette's responses are timely, accurate, to-the-point, and friendly. She never minds a quick phone call for clarification or seeing revisions once or twice more than we had intended. Importantly, Pearlette also lets us know when something is outside her wheelhouse and points us in the right direction. It is also abundantly clear to us that Pearlette has our best interests in mind and she is truly cheering us on as we grow (even if we initially disagree over how to handle a particular issue, and we work together towards a solution). Having Pearlette on our bench for the last two years has been an enormous source of support, and we look forward to working with her long into the future.

Very helpful contract reviews

Ms. Toussant was very helpful in reviewing business and employment contracts with me over the phone. She was thorough in her review, answered all my questions regarding the contracts, suggested changes looking out for my best interest, and dictated to me the verbiage needed for such changes to the ag...reements. All of that in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommended.

Another Satisfied Client!!!

I am very satisfied with the work of Attorney Pearlette Toussant and her law firm. I retained her legal services during the summer of 2014. During that time, I was a defendant in a complicated civil case. Another attorney recommended Attorney Toussant during my call to the Philadelphia Bar Associa...tion. I am happy that Attorney Toussant accepted my case. Attorney Toussant is very dedicated to helping her clients. She always answered my calls and also responded quickly to my emails. She is very thorough and detail-oriented. Attorney Toussant is knowledgeable in many different areas of law. My case had many aspects including litigation, family law, Power of Attorney and Estate Law. Fortunately, Attorney Toussant has plenty of experience in each of these legal areas. Attorney Toussant is highly recommended! She does great work!

A compassionate and tenatious attorney - great combination

Pearlette was tenacious and thorough. She got the case spot on. The judge was nodding along with her during most of the proceeding. She also understood my case objectives from a personal perspective and was able to steer clear of potential liabilities in a counterclaim. Pearlette was level headed, ...yet passionate when the time was appropriate. She was great to work with. I recommend her services.
