A true expert in and out of the courtroom

After a careful search, I determined that Jonathan Stanwood was a highly respected lawyer best suited for the personally sensitive nature my case. Jon took much time and care going through documents and what seems to me to be an endless history of emails and personal saga. Jon was able to weed throug...h the mess and muck of a complicated and emotional case, ultimately seeing that much wrong had been done by a prior lawyer and that there were potential ethical violations. In a case which contained very private and personal information that needed to be addressed, Jon was kind, compassionate and respectful. Jon’s staff was also professional, courteous, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. His paralegal was reliable, diligent and on top of every document and all time-frames. Jon stands up for his clients when they are unable to stand alone. He will fight for your rights with his extensive knowledge of the law and intelligence. His litigation stills are flawless. If you are looking for a lawyer that is going to be a bully on paper and beat the other party down with paperwork and nonsensical filings, he is not the lawyer for you. However if you are dealing with that sort of lawyer, Jon is easily able to defend and react to tactics of that sort brought about by an opposing counsel. Jon is an expert and his skills are best demonstrated in the court room. Needless to say, he was successful in defending me. I intend to use The Law Offices of Jonathan Stanwood in future matters related to this case and in other legal matters.
