A half a million dollar "judgment" was entered against an individual who later conveyed her real estate to her sister. The sister then became a 'terre tenant' and the property was listed for sheriff sa ... le. We fought the judgment on two bases: that it was not properly indexed and it was improperly entered to start. The court delayed the sale and ultimately the court struck the judgment. The Superior Court upheld the judge's ruling on appeal.
