Shanon J. Carson is a shareholder of Berger & Montague, P.C., a national class action law firm. Mr. Carson regularly serves as lead or co-lead counsel in class actions in federal and state courts across the United States.
In 2008, Mr. Carson was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star, an honor conferred upon only the top 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are 40 or younger. In 2009, Mr. Carson was selected by The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly as one of the top 30 lawyers in Pennsylvania under the age of 40, and as a “future leader of the state’s legal community.” Mr. Carson also received the “Lawyers on the Fast Track” award as selected by a panel of judges.
