Mr. Reynolds is a former prosecutor, having worked for over seven years as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Montgomery and Delaware County District Attorney’s Offices. During his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Reynolds prosecuted a number of high profile murder, sexual assault, drug trafficking and gambling cases. As such, he is extremely qualified to represent you in any criminal matter you have pending, whether complex or not, in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Reynolds was previously appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, where he prosecuted violent offenders and drug traffickers in federal court. He is experienced in the federal criminal process from pre-indictment investigations (Federal Grand Jury) and indictment through to all trial matters. Mr. Reynolds has the experience to represent you effectively in any federal criminal matter whether it is during the investigation process or post-arrest.
Mr. Reynolds is uniquely qualified to assist you during any investigation that may be ongoing. For over two years, Mr. Reynolds was the supervising attorney in charge the Investigating Grand Jury. In that position, he worked hand-in-hand with law enforcement and other prosecutors from the initial investigation through to the conclusion of matters ranging from murder and narcotics cases to complex white color and gambling offenses. During this time, he also conducted several “Wire-Tap” investigations. Mr. Reynolds’ experience and knowledge of the inner workings of the Grand Jury and the “Wire-Tap” Act serves his clients well, whether they are the target of an investigation or merely a witness, because he is able to achieve the best possible pre-charge outcome for his clients.
Mr. Reynolds has lectured before the Delaware County Board of Judges, has taught legal education classes for the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association and has lectured police officers and prosecutors on topics such as probable cause, investigative techniques and the Grand Jury. He has also taught both prosecutors and students on trial advocacy techniques.
Mr. Reynolds is a Temple University graduate and received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 2001, evening division.
