Thomas D. Kenny, Esquire has been a practicing lawyer in Pennsylvania since 1996. Mr. Kenny previously worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting cases for the Major Trials Unit.
Mr. Kenny left for private practice in 2005 to focus on criminal defense, real estate litigation, and personal injury work. Mr. Kenny has tried over two thousand cases in his career (and worked on thousands more, which did not proceed to trial). Mr. Kenny loves to be in the courtroom fighting for his clients.

Failure to restrain dog dog bite victory
My Lawyer Thomas Kenny appealed a guilty verdict by the District Justice office charging me with failure to restrain my Rottweiler and causing injury to another dog. He successfully attained a not guilty verdict. He was clever professional and a top notch no holds bar lawyer. I am so grateful.
