BEST LAWYER EVER

Me.Kennedy is not only extremely witty, but very personable. He’s extremely reasonable, reassuring and very responsive. I wish every lawyer had this much integrity

I first found Avvo.com when I had a question about my ex who was doing a really good job at fooling the courts and getting out of paying the amount of child support he should of been paying (he is self-employed and was lying about his income). I was really scared that my ex was going to get away with... lying to the courts because then my kids and I would of been living on the streets. Thomas was really quick to answer my questions and very helpful and thorough in his explanations when I called him the next day to discuss the situation. For the first time since this whole mess started I had faith that things would work out, my kids and I being okay in the end. I ended up hiring Thomas and honestly he is unlike any lawyer I have ever dealt with. He is actually human and not just trying to squeeze every penny he can out of you. He doesn't talk to you like he is above you and after meeting him, he is one of those people that you feel like you have known for years. He is honest and does not sugar-coat things. If he can't help you he wouldn't say he could just to get paid and then lose your case, keeping your money. I have had bad experiences with lawyers in the past and was very hesitant to even meet Thomas for a consult. The lawyers I had dealt with before had only cared about getting paid. I am glad that I took the chance to meet and then hire Thomas. I would recommend Thomas Kenny to friends and family in a heartbeat. Thank you Avvo!

Very dissatisfy with service Mr. Kenny provided

We hired Mr.Kenny to help with my husbands case . I had hard time to connect with Mr. Kenny or even his office. The only time his secretary answered ,was first day to take payment . It took Mr. Kenny a month to speed up extradition :exact time it would happen by law . He didn't negotiate the bail w...hich was set way too high . He also kept telling me he didn't see the documents almost month after he was hired. Very few times he answered , he told Me to be quick because he was busy ! . From my point of view he is only Money hungry , very hard to get in touch with , makes no extra step to work with families or even keep them informed . He may be good Lawyer to some with great office, but it wasnt my experience and I do not recommend to hire him. I have another attorney we work with, who answers each call or email in very timely manner, who takes time to sit with me and explain step by step and isn't asking me for payment first thing he see me . I have spend lots of money for him to do nothing other then showing up in court for 5 minutes scheduling next court date !doctoyr research people read reviews be smart !

Very sorry to hear about your feelings. This was a very successful result that we achieved. I was able to obtain a very reasonable bail given the fact that your husband lives out of state in Florida with no local connections whatsoever and was being charged by a grand jury for a large fraud ring. I was very satisfied with my results. I spoke to you over 15 times on the phone not to mention many email exchanges. I kept you up to date during the entire process. I also spoke to your husband's Florida lawyer to advise him as to the situation in PA on two occasions. As to charges, yes I am not a cheap laywer. I have over twenty years practicing law and my results speak for themselves. I hope you and your family find the results you want in the future. Good luck.

he doesn't care anot his clients after he gets your money he never wants to have direct contact with you afterwards

Long story short, I hired him to fight my case. Nonetheless, he showed up with no evidence that Was provided for him to beat the case. He made me get on the stand, and after consulting with a proper, professional lawyer I found out that I should've never been on the stand. He's a liar, and a scammer.... To top it off, he had the nerve to ask for another payment after he didn't even do his job correctly; even a blind man could've seen that. He's not concerned about his clients, no matter how charismatic and concerned he appears to be at first, he only cares about a check. After the case ended he didn't even want to speak to me directly anymore, he never came out of his office to assure me, he ignored all of my phone calls. Whenever he contacted me he would text me which is so unprofessional. When he found out that I didn't have the money in full for an appeal, he basically cut all ties with me. It's sad to see that people actually do things like this; he's truly an actor. At the end of the day he has to face God for the wrong things that he has done. My advice is to not use him as your attorney, he's not trustworthy or dependable. God Bless..
