Raymond Tarnowski handled our daughter's

Raymond Tarnowski handled our daughter's underage drinking case and was very helpful in explaining everything to us as it was going along. We also decided to get her record expunged and he also handled that for us. We were very pleased with both outcomes and he was very accesible to us.

Ray made the expungement easy for me.

Ray made the expungement easy for me. He explained the process and gave me a heads up on how long the process might take. After that he filed the papers and a short time later I received the expungement notification(s) in the mail. Ray also did a great job representing my son at his arraignment an...d talking us through the ARD process. If I need representation again I would not hesitate to use Ray or the Ciccarelli firm.

My daughter was represented by Raymond Tarnowski for an underage drinking

My daughter was represented by Raymond Tarnowski for an underage drinking charge last year while she was attending West Chester Univ. I was very satisfied with Raymond's performance. He explained things very thoroughly during each step of the process and kept us at ease during the actual hearing. Ray...mond also took care of the Expungement process after the charges were dropped as a result of the Police officer not appearing. I thought he handled the Expungement process in the same manner. Again we were very satisfied with Raymond's performance and would definitely consider contacting him again should we need representation in the West Chester area.
