Paul Gregory Lang

Paul is literally the BEST lawyer in the Tri-State area. He was able to produce the most favorable outcome for my case and was there every step of the way to make sure I understood everything that was happening. I hired Paul for a very VERY Serious case in the state of New Jersey. I had 3 Felony charges against me and was scared for my life. Mr. Lang came in at the end of my case and handled my Chester Co. sentencing. I was nervous because it was a different county and i wasn't working with him prior. He went into the courtroom and handled a very difficult judge like he was we fighting for someone he had known for years... I received th...e best possible outcome that I truly believe would not have happened if i didn't have him as my attorney. He stayed in contact with me, my loved ones , and the prison before during and after my release from jail. Paul was a referred attorney for my case when I needed legal assistance. When I first met Paul I could see that he was a very passionate and confident lawyer. I had misdemeanor charges of harassment, disorderly conduct, and simple assault all which were charged against me where even after not givin...g a statement and receiving charges in the mail. This was a case that was more of a domestic dispute yet was blown out of proportion by Bucks County police. I chose to use Paul to help me with my legal matter with my faith and trust in him. At the preliminary court Paul did a fantastic job during questioning to truly show that the apparent victims were making up stores and lies at the stand. I was attacked by a drunken and hostile family to where I tried to avoid the situation yet was more than provoked by physical and verbal assault and used self defense to defuse the situation. I left the scene and the police were called to where the family gave false stories and actions to save themselves and frame me for their actions and conduct. Paul understood the situation to the fullest and knew exactly how to handle it. The outcome of the preliminary was a dropped charge of the simple assault and just minor charges of disorderly conduct. After the preliminary Paul highly recommended a Habeas Petition for a judge to review and reconsider the remaining charges since the main charge of simple assault was dropped yet still had disorderly conduct for public disturbance which was clearly created by this family. I went through with this and had Paul file it so we could review it before the trial court date. Throughout this time Paul had discussed with me how he will working and doing his job to get the DA to possiblly drop or throw out the case instead of going through with it at the Habeas and even possible trial. Three days before the Habeas date Paul contacted me explaining how the DA contacted him to negotiate for me as his client to pay a minimal disorderly conduct ticket of $50 and to pay the hospital copay for the victim and not have to go any further with the process. Now this is what Paul and I were looking for at the preliminary court with just paying fines yet it seemed to be kept being pushed forward. I asked Paul for his advice and he told me that this would be the best way to go to get finished with this process and it is what he would do. I decided to accept the deal and go though with it to end this process which has lasted six months. After this crazy roller coaster of false statements and testimony's by the apparent victims I feel very pleased to have Paul represent me and do the great job he did. Having Paul Lang by my side through this even gave me confidence and hope with having such a great figure that feels like a father defending his son to give me the resolution and peace I wanted out of my situation.
