Recommended with enthusiasm!

After speaking with Paul about a juvenile situation, we hired him to do exactly what he did, a total expungement after a 6 month period was handed down with completion of 30 hours of community service and mandatory 2 hour class. He was genuinely interested in seeing everything through to a just outco...me, his communication and people skills are immediately evident along with a great ability to evaluate and individually pursue a clear path forward for his client. He was quick acting, aggressive and factual. Sometimes misunderstandings lead to legal trouble, Paul saw the reality of the situation and was able to get a positive result.

Helpful, to the point, no B.S.

After getting a DUI charge several months ago Paul Lang was recommended to me through my bosses attorney. It was a very stressful and scary experience. From the first phone call we had he was able to put my anxiety as ease. He was always very comforting and his down to earth way of explaining things... helped me understand what I was up against. Though I still got a 60 day suspension, the fault in that lies solely on me for putting my self in a bad situation. Paul did everything he could for the best possible out come, and I am satisfied with his representation. While I hope to never need his services again, I would recommend him to anyone who may find themselves in the same kind of trouble.

Top-notch lawyer with top-notch results

My husband found himself caught up in a situation which, given his extensive history about a decade prior, could very well have resulted in a few years of him being away from our little girls. I interviewed multiple lawyers but no one was more honest, direct and trustworthy as Paul Lang. After having... only spoken over the phone (after office hours from his cell phone - mind you), I made the decision that this was the lawyer we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and is well-known and respected by many attorneys so I felt very comfortable with our choice. Mr. Lang did not disappoint! His office is professional, clean, and was the ONLY that I had visited which was prepared for me to show up with my children. The restrooms were clean, there were toys and a TV in the waiting area, and there were hard candies at the front reception desk. Wait times were never long and he was willing to meet with clients after hours if the situation was dire - which ours was. He fought like a pitbull to bring my husband home and was successful in having the charges lowered to non-traffic - resulting in only fines and no more time served. The very next day, we were picking up my husband and bringing him home. Mr. Lang never once gave me any false hope and remained real about the possible outcomes were facing but yet would always remind me not to worry. When this man tells you not to worry, trust him - he knows that he's going to make something happen. This attorney made a miracle happen for us that day and I seriously don't think it would have happened with any other attorney. The judges all knew and liked him, the staff at the court knew him and chatted with him very casually and even some of the officers spoke with him as if they were buddies. I don't think there was anyone in that entire building who was as likeable and respected as he was and if you spend even 5 minutes talking to Mr. Lang, it's easy to see why. He is very down-to-earth and tells it straight like it is but his charming smile and wit truly complete his personality so you'll never feel as though he's being rude or harsh. He comforted my emotions along the way, was kind to my children even though they dropped food on his desk during one visit, and he continued to text us following our case to make sure that we were doing okay. If we ever need an attorney again, he will be the first that we call. I recommend him for all criminal cases, especially for those who need the most bang for their buck. His prices match attorneys who barely come close to his quality - which is a wonderful bonus. You simply cannot do better than Paul Lang. Trust me - you don't want to hire another attorney without talking to Paul Lang first. Thank you again Mr. Lang for everything you've done for our family!

If you stopped here to win, read below...

You have finished your search. Hire attorney Paul Lang. Not only is he a consummate professional, he exudes a natural charisma that coupled with his legal acumen makes him the only reasonable choice. I spoke briefly with him by phone, by recommendation, a mere week before my trial date. He listened... to me. You'd be surprised how few attorneys know how to listen. He then proceeded to ask a few precise questions, honing into the key issues of the case. He then laid out a strategy, told me he would get me a continuance, and leveled with me about the potential outcomes. As we proceeded, he was incredibly flexible in working with my needs, keeping me abreast of developments, and even allowing me to contact him directly. All of this happened without even a face to face! When trial finally occurred, his bearing, demeanor, and wit had even the opposing council in awe while he discussed amusing anecdotes beforehand and then befuddled the opposition on the stand once we were underway. At one point, the other attorney acknowledged that he was unaware of the case law Attorney Lang was citing and so could not argue against it. That is the kind of knowledge base, the kind of fire power you are harnessing by hiring Paul Lang. This could have played out differently. I had DUIs in the past and it may have colored the perception of the court. I could be in jail instead of writing this review. I put my life in Attorney Lang''s hands. You could do far worse...

Best in Bucks

Paul Lang is the best lawyer in Bucks County, without question. I have a pretty extensive criminal history and while on probation, caught four felony charges and four misdemeanor charges, spanning three different counties. Paul represented me in defense of what would have been a severe violation of p...robation. Paul was extremely aggressive and assertive in his advocacy on my behalf, resulting in the original sentence of probation being reinstated. Unfortunately, I have become all too familiar with the legal system. Having said that, to say that I’m pleased with the outcome would be a massive understatement. It’s absolutely unheard of, in my experience, to negotiate those terms.

"Louis H. Pollak, one of Pennsylvania’s greatest legal minds, once wrote that “[s]marts are a dime a dozen . . . [i]t’s wisdom, coupled with humanity that counts.” Having made it through 4 years of college, 3 years of law school and having passed the bar exam, most of the people in this profession are bright, but Paul Lang also has a number of the other intangibles that make him one of the best at what he does. Paul has the discipline, character and life experiences that separate him from the many many attorneys out there practicing today. For Paul, his work is not just about making money, it's a profession and it's about improving peoples’ lives. I couldn't recommend him higher as a potential attorney and also as a person."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
