He is the former co-chair of the Bucks County criminal law division, a member of the Bucks County Inn of Courts, and has taught many seminars and classes to fellow attorneys on DUI and criminal defense.
Paul is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and the University of Maryland, where he received his MBA and law degree. Paul is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, Paul was an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard who was retired as a decorated veteran after a line of duty law enforcement accident.

THE BEST.
Paul is nothing short of a miracle worker. He was hired on two separate cases of mine, in two different counties, and both of them were fully dismissed. Masterful job!
I hired Paul to represent my daughter in 2 cases. He was able to have both cases cleared with no charges or plea bargains. Paul did a masterful job all the way around. I hope to never need an attorney again, but I will hire Paul all over again!
