I am a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Foundation (NELF). NELF is the only organization approved by the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts to offer certification of attorneys in the area of elder law. Additionally, I am a Veterans Administration Accredited Attorney.
As an Elder Law Attorney with the Rothkoff Law Group I dedicate my practice to advising and counseling clients in the areas of elder law, life care planning, asset protection, veterans’ benefits, estate planning, guardianships and long-term care advocacy.
I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys where I serve on the Practice Success Steering Comittiee. I am also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, and a past member of the Hospice of Pennsylvania Ethics Board.
I speak regularly in the community and with elder care professionals on topics such as Medicaid, Veterans Benefits and Life Care Planning. Additionally,I am the former co-host of Senior Legal Strategies, a weekly radio program discussing various Elder Law and Estate Planning topics airing on AM 1490 WBCB.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University, I went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree from the Drexel University School of Law.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I work to bring attention to hunger issues and often assists in raising funds to donate to local food banks and shelters. I also regularly participates in Susan G. Komen events in support of breast cancer awareness, and “Tough Mudder” endurance races to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project.

In January 2020, my father retained Bryan Adler to assist in the Elder Care planning for him and my mother. My mother had PSP and my father was in need of assistance with their Medicaid application. Prior to our first meeting, Bryan and his team sent me a detailed list of financial statements and doc...

Bryan’s services were needed when my father in law passed away and his help was incredible at a very hard time for our family. There are many lawyers who have the knowledge, but not many who truly care about you and your family. Bryan spent time with us getting to know who my father in law was and...

Mr. Adler assisted me with estate administration and inheritance issues arising from the loss of my stepfather. With Mr. Adler's help, the family was able to preserve some of the assets that my stepfather had worked a lifetime in building. Mr. Adler was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable....
"Bryan and I met approximately 5 years ago at a conference we attended offered by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Since then, we have been able to work together through NAELA and the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. It has been my honor to be able to work alongside him and collaborate with him in these organizations. Bryan is a true leader in the elder law legal community. Practitioners from all over the United States look to him for his guidance and friendship. Bryan is a trailblazer that is constantly looking at ways to improve the lives of his clients and their family members. His work extends beyond simply establishing the right legal documents. Bryan establishes long-term relationships with clients and advocates for the life they deserve as they are facing chronic illness or care needs."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Bryan over a period of years at this point. When I have matters that involve Pennsylvania property or people, I have consulted with Bryan on how to handle the PA part of the matter. Bryan is bright and on top of the PA laws and regulations and he has the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Additionally when asked who would I refer to in the greater Philadelphia area, Bryan is always at the top of my list. Bryan follows the Life Care Planning model of elder law that I use in my practice, so I always know that anyone who I refer will receive attention to all of the issues that they are facing. I cannot think of another attorney or firm that is better for elder law in the Philadelphia area."
"I have known Bryan for several years as an outstanding member of the legal community. Bryan is a fantastic attorney and an even better person. He is a wealth of knowledge in his practice area, and has helped countless clients achieve the best results for their unique circumstances. Constantly staying on the cutting edge with the latest developments, and handling each case with compassion and understanding, I highly recommend Bryan to anyone in need of his services."
"I endorse this lawyer. Bryan is my "go to" expert for whenever I have Pennsylvania elder law questions. I always look forward to seeing Bryan at conferences for his wise counsel and good ideas. Bryan is both professional and personable, a good combination when it comes to hiring and consulting an attorney. I have referred clients to him and would recommend him unequivocally."
"I wholeheartedly endorse Bryan Adler as an estate planning and elder law attorney. Bryan is honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and caring. He will go the extra mile to make sure his clients are properly cared for in the correct manner. He is an advocate in the truest sense of the word."
"As a colleague in the field of Elder Law, I find Bryan's advice and counsel to be well-advised. He is a dedicated lawyer whose help to families facing the high cost of senior care is invaluable. Bryan is a credit to the legal profession."
"Bryan is smart and professional. He prides himself on the service that he provides for clients. I endorse this lawyer."
