We hired her for elder care and we had issues getting some info along with closing accounts. We asked for help to only be told under review and all while I was ill and as said needed assistance to retrieve documents so don't believe the contract where it says will assist. Just lazy and earn off your... work and then without notice dropped us as a client and she back tracks and blames us.
