Franklin Raab Strokoff

Franklin R. Strokoff is nationally known trial lawyer with numerous court victories, including a $3.146 Million Jury Verdict, the largest reported premises liability verdict in the State of Pennsylvania in 2020 and a $1.75 Million jury verdict, the 2nd highest verdict for an intersectional motor vehicle case in the State of New Jersey in 2014.

Franklin is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. Franklin has been listed as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Pennsylvania and New Jersey every year since 2014 and has been selected to the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel since 2015. Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Franklin understands the importance of hard work, dedication and giving back to the community. While attending East Pennsboro High School, Franklin was captain of the football and wrestling teams, and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Following graduation, Franklin played NCAA Football at Albright College and was a team captain his senior year. In 2003, Franklin graduated from Albright with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology. Franklin attended Delaware Law School, where he was captain of the rugby team and earned his law degree in 2006.

Franklin started his career as a defense lawyer working on behalf of insurance companies. After witnessing how injured victims were often treated, Franklin decided to use his skills, and knowledge of how insurance companies do business, to help injured clients in need. Before founding Groen Strokoff O’Neill, LLC, Franklin worked for a Prominent Philadelphia Injury Law Firm.

Outside the courtroom, Franklin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children at their home in Radnor, PA, and the Jersey Shore. He also enjoys staying active, is an avid skier and lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.
