Jason Weinstock and his team were tenacious and creative. He made sure we understood all the ins and outs of the legal process. He kept us apprised of the situation even when we thought we had lost. A friend recommended I contact Ira H Weinstock because he had a positive experience dealing with them. I met with Jason the day after calling them to discuss my case. He showed extensive knowledge of WC law, immediately noticing irregularities with my case. He explained the entire process with great detail, alleviating any of my concerns. Any questions I could think of regarding workers comp claim were answered promptly, and communication was always very good between us. Not for a moment did I doubt or question their intellect on these matters. They handled everything very professionally and He stuck by me through an ongoing case until we were able to close it and win a fair settlement

I hired Jason 5 yrs ago when the insurance company that handled my workers Comp stopped paying for my meds and appointments. Jadon had everything fixed in a few days. He continued working on my case until we finally settled last month. He got me much more than I expected. I would recommend Jason to anyone going through worker’s compensation issues. He’s the best.

Attorney Weinstock has represented me in worker injury case.He was very knowledgeable of the workers compensation laws. I have permanent injuries that he made sure would be taken care of for the rest of my life. Excellent attorney for a Workmans Comp
I hired Jason for a workmans comp case over 2 years ago. I worked for a pretty big company when I was injured on the job. They were cut throat and relentless in the way they handled me after my injury. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in the way that he handled case. He chipped away at every single roadblock my company threw my way. I just found out that I won the case and I couldn't be happier with Atty Weinstock. He answered my every question, took my calls whenever I had a concern, and really did take the time to keep me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

He gets the Job done!
We just settled my workman's case for a large sum of money and I must say that Jason is a master negotiator. I was hurt in 1997 and from the very day I hired him to represent me, he was on my case that very day. I had nothing but trouble from that insurance company Jason would jump right in there and he would get the problem solved. Jason worked tirelessly on my case for 17yrs. So, if you ever get hurt, he is the one you want on your case, Jason Weinstock. I feel like he has been a friend throughout the years, backing me and explaining everything.

Trustworthy
Jason Weinstock did an incredible job working to get my workers' compensation case resolved. He is extremely knowledgable in every area of workers' compensation law and was always willing to explain things to me throughout the legal process. He is trustworthy and honest and was not intimidated by "large corporation" antics. I truly believed that Jason had my best interests in mind at all times. No stress...
Whenever I would call Jason and I was stressing out, he would say "no stress" and then address all of my concerns. I know I was a pain in the rear sometimes, but he was always friendly and professional to me. We fought together a long time- because we knew we were right- and I was very happy with the outcome. I don't think anyone could have done any more for me. He's pretty cool.
