Cliff has represented Social Security and SSI clients for more than 29 years. Cases are handled before Social Security and at all levels of the federal Court appeals system. Cliff teaches continuing legal education courses on Social Security for other lawyers and is on the Board of Trustees for NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.
Cliff also handles VA disability claims, and is registered with the VA as an authorized representative of veterans seeking VA benefits.
Cliff has had several cases of significance in federal Courts, including most recently Cole v. Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security, in the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, serving states including Ohio.

Don't Hire Clifford Farrell
What an incompetent attorney. He did a terrible job representing me, then after the case was lost dropped me saying he sympathized with the judge's decsion. Why did he even take my case if he didn't believe in it and wasn't going to do his best? He was never available on the telephone, wouldn't call ...
