I needed to have my records expunged due to employment. My original lawyer didn't even call me back for days. I called Randy and he responded right away, even had me in his office on Good Friday! Randy kept me up to date on everything and diligently worked on my expungement. I highly recommend Randy!

I retained Randy for a complicated case involving multiple felony and misdemeanor charges. Randy's assessment of the case, genuine care and prompt and effective communication set him apart from his peers - The case was resolved as timely as possible and resolution included dismissal of all felony and misdemeanor charges. This firm provides incredible service. I give Randy my highest recommendation. If you are looking for the best- look no further.

Highly recommend Randall. He made things go in my favor I. My hearing that I'didnt know were even possible. I had a 2nd dui in the 3rd tier and he got it lowered to a 1st offense 1st tier. Amazing outcome! He made me feel comfortable thru the entire process and was very accommodating. Quickly responded to any questions I had day or night. Again, highly, highly recommend this guy!

Randall Ricciuti is an exemplary Attorney. He achieved a terrific outcome for me! Prompt and professional service; always on the ball, very reliable. High level of professionalism; my best interests were his at all times. Atty Ricciuti had an intelligent strategy, and all worked perfectly according to plan. Relative to where I was before meeting with him, I was in the best of all possible worlds when it was over.
I was charged with two criminal offences, that no rational person would want on their record, nor could any professional with a future afford to have showing up in a standard background check. Atty Ricciuti explained the various options available, along with their likely outcomes. I spoke with a half dozen highly regarded law firms in Pittsburgh, but none seemed up to the task. One thing that all of the lawyers I met with agreed on: The prosecution had enough evidence to convict me, and that I had indeed violated the law. But Atty Ricciuti was the only one to actually examine my court papers. And, he was the only one to inform me of a very critical piece of PA law: that misdemeanors, unless pardoned (rarely happens), can never be expunged. Thus, even a misdemeanor conviction would have been virtual death for me. Only Atty Ricciuti seemed to fully appreciate that, and displayed confidence in his ability to have the charges wiped out, which he succeeded at.
Randy is sharp. His intuitions are precise. He has a quick mind and was quick to discern the best approach for my delicate case, and make the problem go away as quietly as possible: to resolve my case behind the scenes, and avoid the hazards of trial: appearing before a tough judge, dealing with the arresting officer, having all the evidence against me aired in a public forum. Not a chance; couldn't have it. His strategy was clever, simple and made perfect sense, unlike all the nonsense that had been suggested to me by the other firms. And his objective for my case was clear-cut: I had to have the charges withdrawn, and wanted assurance that would likely happen. No other attorney interviewed even suggested this route. He handled the same type of case shortly prior in the same manner, and got an excellent result, so his client could move on with her life. He was meticulous, prompt and prepared for court, and the lines of communication between he and I were open and active throughout the entire process, never left me in the dark. Atty Ricciuti has been practicing law for 20 years; he knows the court, the system and its players. His strategy worked out beautifully, all went perfectly according to plan: the whole matter was worked out behind the scenes. Charges Withdrawn! No Misdemeanor Convictions; No Iron Bars; No Probation; No Excessive Fines.
I thought I was I dreaming. He literally rescued my career in education from a certain, unqualified disaster. Shortly after my hearing, he called to see how I was doing, along with stressing the importance of filing for my expungement asap. Even his office manager followed up regarding the paperwork. I highly and sincerely recommend this Attorney. Mr. Ricciuti's work and approach is remarkable in all aspects. He's a legal expert, and provides sound advice. Atty Ricciuti will counsel you in the right direction to obtain the best possible outcome for you, because he wants to win your case. He cares about his work and takes great pride in it, and in his reputation as a stalwart professional. And he genuinely cares about his clients, as evidenced by the way he followed up with me, and kept working for me even after the job was done (mission accomplished, and then some).
If you're ever in a legal jam in Pittsburgh, do yourself a huge favor and give Atty Ricciuti a call. His rates are comparable to others, but his performance is beyond compare. Actually, for a reasonable fee, I was able to get my life back! I firmly recommend him to anyone in need, and hope your experience will be as positive as mine was.

Paid this guy who claimed he was giving me a discount. I was overcharged. Hearing wasn't until about two months later, I called a few weeks before the hearing to ask some questions and to see if there was any updates. (Up until this point I had not heard a single word from this lawyer or firm after making payment although I was told he should be contacting me the following week). Upon calling a few weeks before court, after giving my name and information he said "we thought we'd never hear from you again. Basically what w mean is, did you decide to hire us or not?" AFTER I had paid him hundreds of dollars he had no idea I was even his client?!?!?!?!? He would've showed up to court unprepared with nothing but a suit and a bogus defense. If I were to ever need legal help again I would NEVER use this lawyer. The firm might be okay (idk) but this lawyer is not someone to go to if you'd like a lawyer who gives a damn about your future/case. I hired another lawyer in the area who went over options Riciutti never discussed and always stayed in contact. I lost out on my money but it was worth it to hire a lawyer who actually wanted to help me and got me the outcome I was looking for. Be weary when reaching out to this lawyer.

I'm so glad that I was able to hire the DRK Law Firm. Attorney Randall Ricciuti was positively masterful in handling my case. He's a top-notch lawyer and definitely the one to trust when you need serious legal help. Also, Attorney Ricciuti is former Allegheny County Prosecutor, with a proven track record and very adept at resolving tricky situations.
I had a frightening and nerve-wracking dilemma for me and my family and friends, and made all the worse being from out-of-state. I was caught up in a sting operation and arrested by a brand new 24 year old police woman whom I had obviously rubbed the wrong way, and appeared determined to ruin my life.
Having studied at a prestigious performing arts school, and worked part time with gifted children and their well-do-do families, I had things to lose. The future was bright and clear. Then this happened, and my whole world turned upside-down.
My case was convoluted from an experience with a prior attorney, with repeated unsuccessful hearings and wanted me to plead guilty to a bad crime because the prosecution had evidence against me and the brand new lead cop wouldn't budge. It seemed that my attorney could not help me in any way, and the case was hopeless. The fact it was a 2nd time scenario (although first time dismissed and expunged), along with the nature of the crime, was distressing. And being from out-of-state, I felt lost until I found Attorney Ricciuti, who could help me and did help me.
Attorney Ricciuti answered my inquiry in less than an hour. He called and put me at ease right away. He was clearly familiar with the trap that ensnared me. I felt comfortable conversing with him right away and less worried, unlike with my prior attorney.
A few days later, I met with Randy and his partner Daniel at their office. Great personalities, warm and easy to communicate with. Randy took the time to explain legal questions that I was in the dark about, particularly about my arrest. I left his office with new knowledge and hope about my situation.
As a former prosecutor, with experience handling cases like mine, he knew exactly what to do right away. He made no puffed-up promises, but promised to get working on my case right away. And he did just that. Randy made me feel like I was a special client. He even offered to go out of his way to discuss my matter with the lead detective in advance of my court date. I felt confident he could resolve my case.
And he got the job done.
There's a lot to be said about Attorney Ricciuti's ability to handle my problem on the spot at the hearing, after my prior lawyer was unsuccessful on several occasions. It was almost like a miracle happened after four long months and seven hour trips from out of state, only to get no where and find out deals on the table were suddenly dropped, one was that I would plead guilty to a bad crime (with a stigma) and a year later would be wiped off my record, which turned out to be untrue. Attorney Ricciuti is an experienced former prosecutor in the same jurisdiction my case was in. Also, he has a certain finesse with people, smoothing out difficult situations and resolving conflicts. With a unique combination of tenacity and finesse, he accomplished his mission right away. I was so impressed! He went beyond what was expected, even working out a great deal on the fine, getting it down to a very nominal amount.
In the end, Excellent Results: Charges withdrawn and reduced to a summary - what a relief! He definitely saved me from a horrible conviction.
And, after the hearing, I approached and apologized to the arresting officer for my part. She returned with a wave, smile and a pleasant, "good day." Unbelievable. The world was made right again. This was going on over the holidays - my family said what a great Christmas gift I received! We are overjoyed for the work Attorney Ricciuti did for me.

Boy, am I glad I contacted Attorney Randall Ricciuti!
I have only praise for this man. He is a veritable life-saver!
MOST IMPORTANT: RESULTS. The stakes were very high; I was facing some pretty serious charges with repeat offenses, and the proverbial deck was clearly stacked against me. I know this, because several highly qualified Attorneys ... one with 40 years of experience ... were unable to help. Basically, I was being told by all to accept an unacceptable EDP, or prepare for trial ... that was until I contacted Attorney Ricciuti. In short order, Attorney Ricciuti had the whole matter reduced to a simple Summary Charge, which is basically a traffic ticket.
How did he do this? What seemed to be the work of a magician just makes simple sense. Attorney Ricciuti is a former Allegheny County Prosecutor himself. He knows how the system works from both sides. And he explained it to me, so now I understand it. By thoroughly laying out my case from the Prosecutor's point of view in the way that he did, Attorney Ricciuti showed me that he understands the Prosecutor's mindset and vulnerabilities, and possesses a firm grasp of the process.
In my first meeting with him, Attorney Ricciuti relieved my stress, anxiety and genuine fear by helping me to understand the realities and practicalites of my situation and to concretely visualize the route by which I was to be guided though it ... and out of it. And he never left me in the dark on the single most important matter affecting life and my peace of mind.
And, he did all this without hollow promises. His ethics are impeccable. He was never a salesman. He gave it to me straight. And when I hired him, he performed ... like a magician.
Thank You, Attorney Ricciuti!

I was quite fortunate to find Randy Ricciuti and his law firm, so happy to have hired him. Very personable, professional and honest; very responsive too, he answered my inquiry right away on a Friday evening. He's an exceptional attorney and did an amazing job. I had serious charges-- one was a second time offense, he worked quickly, efficiently and I was more than satisfied; his experience and connections from being a former prosecutor got all my charges reduced to a summary charge. Very highly recommended.

Great attorney, handled a very difficult case for my son and delivered everything that he said would happen. Great follow up when we needed additional paperwork almost a year after the fact. Highly recommend him.
