Randall Ricciuti is an exemplary Attorney!

Randall Ricciuti is an exemplary Attorney. He achieved a terrific outcome for me! Prompt and professional service; always on the ball, very reliable. High level of professionalism; my best interests were his at all times. Atty Ricciuti had an intelligent strategy, and all worked perfectly according t...o plan. Relative to where I was before meeting with him, I was in the best of all possible worlds when it was over. I was charged with two criminal offences, that no rational person would want on their record, nor could any professional with a future afford to have showing up in a standard background check. Atty Ricciuti explained the various options available, along with their likely outcomes. I spoke with a half dozen highly regarded law firms in Pittsburgh, but none seemed up to the task. One thing that all of the lawyers I met with agreed on: The prosecution had enough evidence to convict me, and that I had indeed violated the law. But Atty Ricciuti was the only one to actually examine my court papers. And, he was the only one to inform me of a very critical piece of PA law: that misdemeanors, unless pardoned (rarely happens), can never be expunged. Thus, even a misdemeanor conviction would have been virtual death for me. Only Atty Ricciuti seemed to fully appreciate that, and displayed confidence in his ability to have the charges wiped out, which he succeeded at. Randy is sharp. His intuitions are precise. He has a quick mind and was quick to discern the best approach for my delicate case, and make the problem go away as quietly as possible: to resolve my case behind the scenes, and avoid the hazards of trial: appearing before a tough judge, dealing with the arresting officer, having all the evidence against me aired in a public forum. Not a chance; couldn't have it. His strategy was clever, simple and made perfect sense, unlike all the nonsense that had been suggested to me by the other firms. And his objective for my case was clear-cut: I had to have the charges withdrawn, and wanted assurance that would likely happen. No other attorney interviewed even suggested this route. He handled the same type of case shortly prior in the same manner, and got an excellent result, so his client could move on with her life. He was meticulous, prompt and prepared for court, and the lines of communication between he and I were open and active throughout the entire process, never left me in the dark. Atty Ricciuti has been practicing law for 20 years; he knows the court, the system and its players. His strategy worked out beautifully, all went perfectly according to plan: the whole matter was worked out behind the scenes. Charges Withdrawn! No Misdemeanor Convictions; No Iron Bars; No Probation; No Excessive Fines. I thought I was I dreaming. He literally rescued my career in education from a certain, unqualified disaster. Shortly after my hearing, he called to see how I was doing, along with stressing the importance of filing for my expungement asap. Even his office manager followed up regarding the paperwork. I highly and sincerely recommend this Attorney. Mr. Ricciuti's work and approach is remarkable in all aspects. He's a legal expert, and provides sound advice. Atty Ricciuti will counsel you in the right direction to obtain the best possible outcome for you, because he wants to win your case. He cares about his work and takes great pride in it, and in his reputation as a stalwart professional. And he genuinely cares about his clients, as evidenced by the way he followed up with me, and kept working for me even after the job was done (mission accomplished, and then some). If you're ever in a legal jam in Pittsburgh, do yourself a huge favor and give Atty Ricciuti a call. His rates are comparable to others, but his performance is beyond compare. Actually, for a reasonable fee, I was able to get my life back! I firmly recommend him to anyone in need, and hope your experience will be as positive as mine was.
