All charges withdrawn
My son was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer; resisting arrest; drug possession; and escape. Because it was a 1st degree felony my son was looking at a significant jail sentence. I was given Randy Ricciuti’s name from another lawyer. Mr. Ricciuti got all the charges withdrawn.
