I fell into a bad situation where I was charged with public intox, disorderly conduct and harassment. As this is my first time ever getting in trouble with the legal system, a family friend referred us to Attorney Ricciuti for counsel. My 17 year old son got a speeding ticket on the turnpike--his first time driving it alone. Not knowing the ramifications and thinking he was doing the right thing, he paid it on-line and plead guilty, thinking that would be the end of it. A few days later he got a notice that his license was being ...suspended. It was being suspended because of the rate of speed and because of his age. Had he been older, he would not have had it suspended. I called Mr. Ricciuti and left a message late in the day on a Friday. I was surprised when he called me back on Saturday--especially when he said he thought he could help. He first met my son and I in Monroeville. He was in the area and it saved us a trip to town.
